FastCashBets.com Terms of Service
FastCashBets.com provides the FastCashBets.com contest to anybody who completes the registration process. They agree to the following terms, which may be updated by FastCashBets.com from time to time without notice to you. By using this site, whether as a registered member or guest, you agree to these terms and conditions:
I. No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER, PLAY OR WIN PRIZES.
II. Use of Play Money. "Fast Cash" is the currency used on the site. No member or visitor of the site is ever required to wager or risk any of their own personal money. "Fast Cash" may reside in a user's Primary Balance, Bonus Balance or Pending Bets Balance
1. "Fast Cash" in the Primary Balance may be exchanged for cash once certain criteria have been met including, but not limited to:
- A specified minimum Primary Balance reached
- Eligibility is confirmed
- Cumulative revenue from advertising meets or exceeds the cumulative amount of prizes being requested
2. All payments are made via PayPal (preferred) or via check by mail.
3. "Fast Cash" in the Bonus Balance and Pending Bets Balance may not be exchanged for cash.
4. "Fast Cash" has no cash value whatsoever and cannot be used for any purpose except as provided in this section.
5. If a player reached the required minimum of "Fast Cash" for a cashout, "Fast Cash" will be exchanged at a rate of $1.00 "Fast Cash" for $0.05 in actual cash. (In these cases, "Fast Cash" can be said to be worth 1/20 of actual dollars.) This is effective as of 1/13/10 and is subject to change.
(Example: $1,000 of Fast Cash would result in a $50 available cashout; $2,500 of Fast Cash would result in $125; etc.)
6. You agree that FastCashBets.com is an entertainment experience and you are not actually gambling. "Fast Cash" has no monetary value whatsoever.
III. Rules of the Contests
1. Plays will be accepted up to the starting time of the sporting event.
2. Players cannot cancel, change, or modify any bets once they are placed.
3. FastCashBets.com reserves the right to limit the maximum amount played.
4. It should be known that the odds of any event are subject to change at anytime
5. In the event of a drastic error with odds, FastCashBets reserves the right to correctly adjust bet payouts. Any adjustments will be fairly made according to standard bet odds based on popular sources (Vegas and/or other odds/betting sites). We recommend our players to NOTIFY US of any incorrect or strange odds. FastCashBets.com reviews ALL cashouts fully, including ALL bets made. Honesty and fair play are rewarded, attempted abuse, misuse, or taking advantage are not. All decisions made by FastCashBets.com are final.
IV. Registration
1. To register on the Site and become a member, you must complete the registration process at FastCashBets.com and accept these terms of use and the associated privacy policy.
2. One Account Only. You may only register one account for yourself. Users who are found to have registered or used more than one account automatically forfeit their rights to earn bonus "Fast Cash" as well as the ability to convert their "Fast Cash" funds to real dollars for withdrawal.
V. Referrals
1. If you are a FastCashBets.com member and you refer a legitimate person to FastCashBets.com through FastCashBets.com's referral process, and that person successfully wins a contest, you are eligible to receive additional "Fast Cash" per the rules posted on the Site in the Get Free $$ section
2. Currently a successful "REFERRAL" is dependent on the following: A) A new user must directly be referred to FastCashBets via our automatic email referrals OR via a custom referral link that you post; B) The new referred user must successfully win at least one bet. The referring party will be credited with $10.00 of Bonus Fast Cash once these conditions are met.
3. Any abuse of the referral program may result in the cancellation of the above bonuses or entry, as well as account closure, at our sole discretion.
VI. Third Party Websites & Advertisements
1. Other Sites Are Not Our Responsibility. This Site may link you to other websites, which websites may contain information or material that some people may find objectionable. These other websites are not under the direct control of FastCashBets.com and you acknowledge that FastCashBets.com is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright and trade mark compliance, legality, decency or any other aspect of the content of such websites.
2. Future Marketing. You hereby acknowledge and agree that FastCashBets.com and/or its affiliates may market products and services to you in the future.
VII. No Warranty or Guarantee
1. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
2. Right to cancel Play and Contests. If FastCashBets.com determines that operating the contests are not feasible for any reason then the contests may be ended by FastCashBets.com and FastCashBets.com shall owe you nothing.
